How to Lose Thigh Fat – Exercises
The exercises that you will find hereunder are perfect for this description.
This stretching exercise you need to do for at least three sets and is good for the blood circulation.
Sit upright with your legs joined and stretched.
Slowly move the legs from each other as far as possible
Now go and touch your right foot with both hands and breath in when doing
Take your hands back and relax a bit
Shift to the left side and repeat
Do this 12 times.
Lie down on the floor facing the ceiling.
Keep your palms facing down and relax
Lift your legs at a 30-degree angle from the ground
Hold for five seconds and relax your legs by bringing them down to the floor
Repeat this 12 times.
Perfect for your thighs and buttocks. How to do them?
Lie straight on the mat, and place your hands behind your head
Lift your leg slowly and keep both the legs straight.
Now move with your legs like a scissor opens and close, by vertically moving them apart
Do this 15 times for each leg.
If you get ok with the intensity of the exercises, then repeat the frequency and level up. For example, instead of 1 Leg stretch, Legs up and Scissor Kick do them all three times in the morning. If you get comfortable with this, do it again in the evening.
