Your body is still working on getting awake, and it is better to start with the right kind energy.
Research shows that people who skip breakfast during the day and eat a lot of sweets, therefore have a much higher risk of gaining unnecessary weight.
In this article I will explain what a Perfect and Healthy breakfast is and that helps you lose weight at the same time.
1.WHY IS A HEALTHY BREAKFAST SO IMPORTANT FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Nutrition is the most important aspect when it comes to lose weight.
When you got this right, you have already won half of the battle.

There are several reasons why a healthy breakfast is so important for weight loss.
Did you know that:
- The metabolism only starts after the first moment of the day you eat. So try to eat within half an hour after you wake up.
- If you’ve slept, there is a lot of waste in your body to be discarded. A healthy breakfast helps here, and will therefore have a positive effect on your weight.
- Your weight can keep much better control when meals are spread throughout the day.
- A healthy breakfast will have a positive impact on your performance for the rest of the day. This also means that the daily routines you have to lose weight, you can do this better and persevere.
2.THE BEST INGREDIENTS FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Now we know why breakfast is so important if you want to lose weight, the next step is to actually make a healthy breakfast.
But what ingredients do you actually need?
A healthy breakfast will consist mainly of food that provides a lot and the right energy to your body, so the metabolism gets going.
Substances that meet these requirements are Sugars, Vitamins, Protein and Fiber.
Therefore, the following foods are great for a healthy breakfast:
- Bread (preferably spelled)
- Milk (preferably from soy, rice or nuts)
- Fruit (especially citrus fruits and berries)
- Chia seeds (or seed)
3.THE IDEAL AND HEALTHIEST BREAKFAST, TO LOSE WEIGHT
How a healthy breakfast looks like? One of my favorite recipes:
Porridge with banana and cinnamon
- A cup of oatmeal
- 250 ml of milk (or water)
- 1 banana
- Chia seeds
Pour the milk into a pan and bring it to boil.
Add the contents of the cup with oatmeal after a while. Cut the banana into pieces and also add it directly.
Let it cook for a few minutes until the porridge has the desired thickness.
Then add cinnamon to taste and also + 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Remove the pan from the stove and let it rest for a few minutes.
This recipe can, of course, be done all kinds of ways.
Milk is in fact usually sweetened with sugar or corn syrup which is unhealthy.
So if it’s hard for you to get “healthy” milk, replace milk with water.
You can also replace the banana for a variety of other fruits such as currants, raspberries, apple or pear.
Chia seeds could replace you for linseed.
